Your First Visit

We ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment so that you have plenty of time to fill out a New Patient form.

New Patient Form

Initial Examination

Your visit will begin with your dentist reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. This will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Insurance & Payments

At Kimberley Family Dental, we'll help you understand our payment and insurance options, allowing you to concentrate on reaching your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

We offer direct billing to your insurance company and will submit the amount owing on your behalf. Our administrative team can also help you better understand your insurance plan and answer any questions you may have.

Payment Methods

We ask that the full cost of your treatment be paid at the time of your appointment. We can accept payment using debit or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

Don't let anxiety or fear prevent you from achieving and maintaining a healthy, aesthetically pleasing smile.

The team at Kimberley Family Dental offers various practices, including dental sedation, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere to help you feel comfortable during your visit.
